The Technology Skills Development Team designs and delivers a wide range of courses and technology training solutions to meet the developmental needs of teaching, research and admin staff across the university.
Additionally, the team offers a wide range of courses to support the development of postgraduate students. Support for undergraduate students is available via the online provision. Through this website the team also supports the activities of other university-wide service providers in relation to research and information skills development.
The current provision includes both face to face and eLearning resources and the range of courses provided grows on demand.

People and Organisational Development (POD) supports the professional development of all categories of staff at the University. The centre offers a wide range of courses and other development opportunities for individuals, teams and departments.
